Master of Transformation Yogi statue image.The yogi ,the liberated one, who has overcome his lower nature,thus become the master of siddhis[great powers],and tapped the alchemic key of transformation and transmutation on a sub-atomic level. by entering and dwelling in a blissful and buoyant samadhi, it happens that the body of the yogi
rises spontaneously up without difficulty from earth up into the air .Then he possesses all the various kinds of supra-human forces: knowing the natures of other beings and persons minds;knowing really what are the cause and conditions of any given action, whether performed in
the past, future or present time;Having been one, he becomes many; having been many, he becomes
one; he appears & he vanishes; he goes unhindered through a wall,
through a barricade, & through a mountain as through open space;
he dives in and out of the earth at if it were water; he flies freely
in space like a bird yet seated cross-legged, he walks on water as
though it were solid earth without sinking; with his hand he touches
& strikes both the moon & sun so powerful and mighty; he masters
the body and forms as far as the fine-dark-material Brahma world.Materialisations;dual bodies manifesting at the same time in differant places;clairvoyance;access to past lives ;able to become as small as an atom;etc...With moral conduct and mindfulness as the basis,and aspiration to benefit others as motivation,it is possible to transform gross body elements into subtle energy and habitual karmic patterns into pristine awareness.Extracting weeds by their roots,cultivating the flower of experience,the mindful state of bliss and emptiness arises.At the conscious level,the physical body and mind are the reality,but at another level they cease to exist,and you become something else,so you cannot say that you are mind and body alone...It is like the story of Chuang-tzu who dreamt he was a butterfly and when he woke up he asked-'Am i a man dreaming i am a butterfly or a butterfly dreaming i am a man?'The mind and consciousness can take any shape which becomes the reality in that moment.Therefore the yogi says-realize the true identity of the consciousness in it's pure form as atma...The yogi will know
about his own death six months before it occurs, because then the Prana
will start to leave his body. Then, if he likes, he can decide the best
day and time to leave his body, and when he is ready he will call all
his “children” together to give his last blessings. After he says
good-bye to each one, and the auspicious moment he has waited for has
arrived, he sits in the Lotus Posture and goes into a trance. Suddenly
there is a loud pop – Phat! – and a jet of blood spurts up from his
Shivarandhra (posterior fontanelle of the skull). That is it; he is
gone, free.....The yogi sits deep in meditation contemplation on his jungle mat,his 3rd eye is wide open and he wears sacred mala and turban.Imperturbable is his mind, gained is release.He who has considered all dualities, all differences, all contrasts here, is never more stirred or perturbed by anything in the entire world! Such Peaceful One, freed from rage, elevated above sorrow, & without fumes of longing, he has passed beyond birth, decay & death.
